A step-by-step guide to recording production data on the Audio Test page.
Operator Workflow
Follow these steps to accurately record your work during a shift.
Start by selecting the product you're working on, the specific job number, and your name from the operator dropdown menu. You will be prompted to enter your unique passcode to verify your identity and sign in.

Marking a Job as Complete
When a production job is entirely finished and no more units will be produced, an administrator can use the 'Mark Job as Complete' button. This action permanently closes the job, prevents any further counts, and automatically ends all active sessions for any operators still logged into that job.
Unlocking a Shift
If an operator accidentally ends their shift but needs to continue recording data, an administrator can use the 'Unlock Job' button by entering the admin passcode (default is '0000'). This reopens the job for the operator on that same day.
